Shipping Policy

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We use the Australia Post and StarTrack network to deliver Australia-wide,

When the order has been completed, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 10 business days. We will send you an email when your order is completed, along with pick-up instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 8.30 am to 4.30 pm on Monday To Friday. If this is not suitable, please get in touch with us as we might be able to arrange something more suitable.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please be aware that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes

 Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Our products are custom-made specifically for your needs. We will not accept returns if the customer has changed their mind. If there are other valid issues, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to work with you to resolve your concerns as quickly as possible.

If we deem that a product can be returned for exchange or refund, then that product must be returned within 14 days after a return acceptance notice is issued.

All returned products must be unused and in original condition. If there is a valid issue, then we will exchange and supply a new product.

Refunds will only be given where there is no other option. Refund will consist of the whole order amount minus the shipping costs for the return if any.

If your order arrives damaged, be sure to contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work with you toward a satisfactory solution.
