T-shirts Direct warranty procedures will apply to all items which the Customer wishes to return.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for the following:

  • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Inferior quality or low-resolution uploaded images.
  • Design errors are introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
  • Errors in user-selected options such as product type, size, or coloure.

Please examine your designs and product selection carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. As each product is custom manufactured to specific customer requirements and refunds will not be accepted.

  1. T-shirts returned for a warranty claim will generally be replaced with new
  2. Manufacturers offering warranty refer to the product (assuming the product is still available from the manufacturer) unless specified otherwise. In the event that the product becomes obsolete, it may be upgraded to a similar product, or a credit will be given at the current market value or purchased price whichever is lower; however, the outcome is entirely dependent on each manufacturer’s policy.
  3. T-shirts direct do not handle warranty returns for products that already provide a local or direct manufacturer-to-customer warranty service. Please read the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions for specific details.
  4. Warranty is provided solely on products sold by  T-shirts direct Other faulty products used in conjunction that is not purchased from T-shirts direct will not be covered under warranty.
  5. T-shirts direct will NOT be liable in any way for incidental, consequential, or indirect loss resulting from faulty parts.
  6. Warranty will be void for any non-manufacturing defects. Products returned that show evidence of user-induced damage, tampering, or modification, will be denied.
  7. Under the Return to Base warranty policy; all shipping charges for products returned to T-shirts direct incurred in a warranty claim will be at the expense of the customer. T-shirts direct will only pay for the return freight to the customer except for rejected warranty, non-faulty returns, or bulky items older than 7 days from the date of invoice.
  8. The warranty must be properly packaged in a condition acceptable to the vendor. (please provide original packaging if possible or adequate safe packaging as insufficient safe packaging will result in the warranty being voided)
  9. Turnaround time for warranty returns may depend on the availability of the replacement product from the manufacturer. The process of warranty returns involves the shipping of the warranty to T-shirts direct, product testing time, obtaining approval from the supplier, the shipping of the warranty to our supplier, supplier’s own testing, shipment back to us, testing of the part if its a repaired item, and finally shipment back to the end user.
  10. In the event the product is not faulty, T-shirts direct reserves the right to charge a maximum labor fee of $50 per product for time spent on testing the product.
  11.  T-shirts direct will not be responsible for keeping any warranty returns that are unclaimed or have not been picked up for more than 30 days. Customers must always leave valid contact details for warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty cover will not apply to:

  1. Any product that has not been used and maintained in accordance with the instruction by the manufacturer.
  2. Any product that fails or is damaged as a result of improper storage, use under abnormal conditions misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, an act of God, or maladjustment of consumer controls.
  3. Accessories and consumable goods if they are a result of heavy use, or shows sign of normal wear and tear.
  4. Any defect or damage caused by or resulting from the connection or attachment to the product.
  5. Defects or damage due to spills of liquid or other substances (water damage, dust, cigarette), excessive temperature or humidity, and environmental conditions.
  6. Aesthetic damage due to normal wear
  7. Any product or part thereof which has suffered through alteration or defacement of the product without permission from T-Shirts Direct.
