These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the T-Shirts Direct website or place an order with us. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to these terms.
Products and print-on-demand
Our T-shirts are produced on demand after an order is placed. Product colours, print placement and appearance may vary slightly between screens, mock-ups and the finished garment due to normal manufacturing and printing tolerances.
Custom artwork
If you upload artwork, logos, text or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it. You are responsible for checking spelling, sizing, placement, colour choices and all other design details before submitting your order.
We may refuse content that we reasonably believe infringes another person’s rights or is unlawful to reproduce.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. The final product price, shipping charge and any applicable taxes are shown during checkout before payment. Orders are not accepted for production until payment has been successfully completed.
Shipping
We currently sell and deliver within Australia. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Production occurs before courier transit, so production time and delivery time are separate. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by order volume, destination and carrier conditions.
Changes and cancellations
Because products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started. Contact us as soon as possible if you need help with an order.
Returns, faults and Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
For change-of-mind requests and made-to-order products, please see our Refund and Returns Policy. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, contact us promptly so we can assess the issue and provide the remedy required by law.

We aim to keep product, pricing and availability information accurate. If an obvious error occurs, we may correct it and contact you before fulfilling an affected order.
