Can I create my own T-shirt?
Yes. Start at Create Your Own T-Shirt. You can create artwork with AI from an idea, improve a rough design or upload finished artwork, then customise the front, back or both sides of an AS Colour Staple 5001 tee.
What colours and sizes are available for custom tees?
The custom designer currently supports 13 garment colours. Sizes run from XS to 5XL where available for the selected colour. Unavailable size and colour combinations are disabled in the designer.
Can I shop ready-made designs?
Yes. Our pre-designed collection features original Australian-inspired and coffee-culture graphics on AS Colour Staple 5001 tees in Black, White and Grey Marble, with sizes XS–5XL where available.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single T-shirt or multiple shirts.
How much does a custom T-shirt cost?
For XS–3XL, one-sided custom printing is A$39.95 and front + back is A$55.95. For 4XL–5XL, one-sided printing is A$45.95 and front + back is A$61.45. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout.
What artwork should I upload?
If you already have artwork, use a high-resolution transparent PNG where possible, ideally around 300 dpi at the intended print size. If you do not have finished artwork, use our AI T-Shirt Designer to create or improve it first. Only use artwork you own or have permission to reproduce, and check spelling, placement and scale carefully before ordering.
How do AI actions work?
The AI T-Shirt Designer includes 3 AI actions. One AI action is used each time you generate new artwork, edit an image with AI or request another variation. Normal changes in the shirt designer, such as positioning artwork or choosing colour, size and quantity, do not use AI actions.
How much are extra AI actions?
If you use the 3 included actions and want to keep generating or editing artwork, you can buy 5 more AI actions for A$4.95 or 10 more for A$8.95.
How does ordering multiple sizes work?
Select a colour, size and quantity in the designer, add that item to cart, then repeat for each additional size or colour you need. Your cart can contain multiple custom variants and designs in the same checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Every item is printed on demand, so production happens before courier transit. Timing varies with order volume, destination and carrier conditions. If you need shirts for a fixed event date, please contact us before ordering.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Because products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Use our contact form with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Photos of the product, print and packaging help us investigate quickly.
